With no time to rehearse we had to trust our ears and hearts and enjoy the situation. It all turned out a wonderful moment of musical communication between musicians with different backgrounds and origins and hopefully that transcend to this CD. Thanks for listening. ---Slidin' Slim
I met Slim late in the evening... at the airport. Next day we went to Tarnobrzeg to give a 15-minutes concert in duo. After 15 minutes of the soundcheck (the only rehearsal we had that day) we gave the concert in... quartet. The concert during which we had a lot of fun. How happy we were when the audience wanted more of our music and the organizers let us play more. 'Magda & Slim' duo turned out to be a quartet and 15 minutes turned out to be 40 minutes. Now we can share this music adventure with you. The adventure which didn't end after Satyrblues concert! ---Magda Piskorczyk
